Shipping & Refund Policy

All orders will be shipped out as soon as humanly possible. Packages will be shipped out within 7 days after the order date. If fulfillment is delayed, the customer may request a refund before the item is marked as shipped.

For US purchases of stickers and labels:

For product defects, you can request a refund via our contact form up to 14 days following the date of purchase. If the order does not arrive within 21 days at the destination address, a refund may also be requested for a missing package. A full refund will be issued as soon as possible upon receipt of the request.

For EU purchases of stickers and labels:

For up to 7 days following the tracking delivery date, a refund can be requested for product defects via our contact form. If the shipping tracking does not update for more than 45 days, a refund may be requested via the same contact form for a missing package. The customer in the receiving country will be responsible for paying any import duties, other relevant fees, and taxes. Refunds are available for the listed purchase price and up to half of the shipping cost, excluding fees and taxes. Shipments delayed by customers who fail to pay relevant import fees and taxes will not be considered missing.
